Parenting Hack – Easing Seperation Anxiety

Does your little one have trouble with separation anxiety? That “breaking away” melt down at the morning drop off can be an emotionally draining time for many! Pop member Lisa Curtin read a suggestion that she hoped might help ease her sons anxiety, and we thought it was a brilliant idea too!

“Daycare drop offs have not been fun this year, this morning I tried a new idea I saw… I drew hearts on both our hands and told H if he’s feeling sad or missing mummy just look at his hand & touch the heart and it’s like a cuddle from mummy ❤️️ no tears this morning ❤️️ #lovehim #notears #heartlove”

Thanks so much for sharing, Lisa!
